The AMC 1108 ozone monitor is light weight, reliable and very responsive to changes in ozone levels, and is available with a range as low as .01ppm - 9.99 ppm, higher ranges of ozone up to 99ppm available on request.
Warm up time is very fast (5 minutes). Once the unit is warmed up, simply wave it in the air and take the reading from the LCD readout. Includes a heavy duty leather case with a belt clip for portability.

-BE AWARE of low cost monitoring devices that use a technology called HMOS (heated metal oxide sensor). We have tested this style thoroughly in our shop and concluded that they do not work reliably.
Reason: The HMOS monitors and controllers have the following problems:
a.) They need to be "warmed up" for about 2-3 days when initially installed before they work accurately.
b.) If exposed to a contamination such as cigarette smoke they almost completely stop sensing the ozone, and in the case of a controller allow the ozone generator to continue running until a very toxic level is reached. Once this has occurred the unit will take 12-48 hours to clear the contamination from the sensor, after the contamination has been removed from the room.
-These results were obtained using our Dassibi 1008 PC ozone analyzer, the same brand and model of photometer used by most local government organizations in Canada and the US for testing very low ozone levels.
